Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued patronage and support.

This announcement is to inform you that major auctions will not be held from the 3rd (Sunday) to the 6th (Wednesday) of May 2009 due to «Golden Week», a collection of four national holidays within a seven day period.

Our offices will be closed as shown in the schedule below. Please therefore be reminded that there will be a delay in replying to your faxes and e-mails received during this period.

Office Closed from May 3 to 6

Auctions are still scheduled to be held on the 2nd of May, so our sales division will be operational (until 7pm) to accept your inquiries.

Our shipping division however will be on holidays from the 2nd to the 6th of May hence e-mails received concerning shipping matters during this period will be attended to by our shipping division once they return on the 7th of May.

We will send out notifications of shipments and post documents to you by courier services when we return from our holidays for vehicles shipped during the Golden Week holiday period.

We will also be sending out T.T remittance notifications when we return from these holidays.
