Our FOB charge covers our commission, translation services, pre and post auction inspections, auction purchase fees, storage charges (up to a certain number of days depending on the storage yard involved), customs clearance charges, documentation charges, and a portion of the transportation charges. The fees covered by our FOB charge are as follows:
| Auction Purchase Fee | ¥ 10,000 | Fee paid to the auction hall upon successful purchase of the vehicle. |

| Custom Clearance Charge | ¥ 15,000 | Fee required to clear the vehicle through customs upon export from Japan. |
| Documentation Charge | ¥ 5,000 | Fee required to transfer the ownership of the vehicle and to declare exportation of the vehicle. |
| Transportation Charge | ¥ 3,000 | Yen 3,000 of the inland transportation cost from the auction hall where the vehicle was purchased to the port of shipment. |
| Storage Charge | Variable | Determined by the number of days the vehicle is in the storage yard and depending on the storage yard involved. |
| Document Postal Fee | ¥ 2,000 | Documents such as Bills of Lading, Invoices, Vehicle Registration Certificates will be posted using DHL. |
| Commission | Remainder | Covers our pre & post-auction inspections, translation and other customer services available 24 hours a day. |
