Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order after a purchase has been made. However, the following exceptions may apply:
1. If your cancellation request is received before the time limit set by each auction, and there is sufficient time for us to proceed with the cancellation process. In such cases, you will be required to pay a cancellation penalty of Yen 80,000 charged by the auction hall.
2. If the purchased vehicle experiences problems recognized as subject of cancellation by each auction. Please refer to the exemption clause for more details.
If you still wish to proceed with cancellation, we will re-sell the vehicle at the same or nearest auction to the storage yard with all costs related with re-exhibition payable by you.
A bid cancellation charge of Yen 10,000 will apply if you choose to cancel a submitted bid. Therefore, we recommend that you look over the translated auction sheet first (by sending us an inquiry) before submitting your bid.
