Construction Machinery Auction System

The auction is held irregularly on Wednesday and Friday. You will receive the auction listings a day before as notification.

30,000 yenover 3,000,000 yen

At the auction, bids are placed through proxy bids. Therefore, our preliminary physical inspection services are not available.


Bids are originally placed at the lowest possible amount, until a higher bid is submitted, at which point the auctioning system will automatically place a higher bid if the amount is still below your bid amount. Hence we ask that you submityour maximum bid amount at the very beginning in order to avoid being outbidded under this automatic bidding system.

Rules and Conditions
  • No conditional bids are accepted.
  • Any bids submitted less than 30 minutes prior to the expiration of the time limit may not be accepted.
  • No preliminary physical inspection is available.
  • No bid cancellations are accepted once the bid is submitted to the auction.
  • No purchase cancellations are accepted in any circumstances.
  • In case of unsuccessful bid, a proxy bid charge of Yen 1,000 is applied.

*these are determined by the size of each unit, destination yard, and destination port. Shipment from Tokyo is available for all destinations unlike regular car auctions. We recommend that you find machineries near the three port cities of Yokohama, Nagoya, and Kobe as the transport costs of heavy machinery can be quite cosiderable.

Exemption Clause

Any machinery which may fall into any one of the following categories will be made exempt from any claims to the auction hall.

  1. Units with evaluation sheets wihch indicates that the assessment is outside the scope of the auction guarantee
  2. Units with defects undetected/undetectable at the time of the auction inspection
  3. Units with defective parts not covered by the auction inspection process
  4. Units with defects inferable from the condition mentioned or shown on the evaluation sheet or accompanying photos.
