Procedure for Bidding on Internet Auctions
1. Search
Use http://books.google.com/translate_t to translate the website/s you are interested
in to find the item you are looking for¹.
2. Deposit
20% of your bid amount is required as deposit. If you already have enough deposit on
account, we will proceed with your bid immediately.
3. Order
Submit your bid² specifying your maximum bid amount along with the exact URL link
for the item/s you wish to place a bid on via the Agreement Form or e-mail.
4. Auction
Your continuous attention is required until the expiration of the time limit as there is
no notification service to report the reception of a higher bid by another party.
5. Result + Payment
If your bid was successful and a purchase was made, we will issue you with the statement.
Please make the payment by T.T remittance.
6. Inspection
Purchased items are inspected³ immdiately after their arrival. We will lodge a claim
with the seller on your bahalf to organize an exchange or refund if any items are
found to be damaged or incorrect. (Certain items especially those marked "No Claim, No Return"
may not be able to be returned or exchanged)
7. Shipping
Items are shipped by DHL or loaded in previously purchased car upon receipt of the full
balance. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once shipment has been made.

² we ask that you submit your maximum bid amount at the very beginning in order to avoid being outbidded under the automatic bidding system. In case you are outbidded before the time limit for the submission of bids, additional bids can be made for a Yen 300 charge per bid.

Our preliminary physical inspection services are basically not available for cars exhibited through internet auctions and online stores. However we may be able to provide these services if the vehicle is located within our business range and subject to additional charges. Please feel free to consult us regarding these services.
