Internet Auction
The following rules and procedures apply to purchases made through Yahoo! Japan Auction and Rakuten Auction, the most popular internet auctions in Japan.
Yahoo! Japan Auction and Rakuten adopt similar systems for their internet auctions. Bid increments and the start price are set by the seller. Each exhibition continues and the price increases as far as it can go within the indicated time limit unless the reserve price is set preliminarily by the seller.
Bids are originally placed at the lowest possible amount, until a higher bid is submitted, at which point the auctioning system will automatically place a higher bid if the amount is still below your bid amount. Hence we ask that you submit your maximum bid amount at the very beginning in order to avoid being outbidded under this automatic bidding system.
In case you are outbidded before the time limit for the submission of bids, additional bids can be made for a Yen 300 charge per bid. However, there is no notification service to report the reception of a higher bid, hence your continuous attention is required until the expiration of the time limit.
If you have any questions about the items you are interested in, we can ask the seller through the auction system on your behalf and provide you with a report.
If certain items especially those marked "No Claim, No Return" may not be able to be returned or exchanged.
